The Wizard walks one job from folder to finished in a fixed order, asking one question per step and showing the result before anything moves. It is the same engine as the individual screens — nothing it does is unavailable elsewhere — so it is the safest place to learn what the app does to files.
Nothing moves until the last step. Choosing a folder, scanning it and looking at the preview are all read-only — you can run the Wizard to the final screen purely to find out what is in a folder, then close it.
At the FOLDER HANDLING step you choose Copy (originals stay exactly where
they are) or Move. Nothing is deleted either way, and the run is undoable afterwards.

The first step is which job you are doing, not which folder. The choices map one-to-one onto the screens in the sidebar, so picking one here is a shortcut, not a different feature:

The folder the job reads. Dropping a folder is enough; there is no import step and nothing is copied
into the app. For a cloud export the panel is labelled CLOUD EXPORT FOLDER and expects the
unzipped export, not the zip.
FILE PREVIEWFree
What the scan found, before any choice about where it goes: the count, the types, and the files with no usable capture date. Read this number first — it is the honest size of the job, and it is the one to check against what you expected the folder to contain.
Structure presetsFree
The shape of the destination tree — year, year and month, and the other dated layouts. Three presets are available on Free; the rest, along with custom templates and the city and country tokens, are Pro. Whichever you pick, the preview below redraws with your own files in it.
Everything in one folderFree
No subfolders at all: all photos land flat in the destination — simple and fast. Useful when the point of the run is the renaming or the de-duplication rather than the tree.
DestinationFree
Where the organised library is built. It should not be inside the folder being scanned. If you are moving rather than copying, this is the disk that needs the space.
Copy / MoveFree
The only step that decides what happens to your originals. Copy is the one to use on a first run, on a memory card, or on anything you do not have a second copy of: the source folder is not written to at all. Move frees the space, and is undoable from the summary.
Blurry Photos / Screenshots / duplicatesFree
Optional passes the run can make on the way through. They produce a review list, never a deletion: everything is flagged for you to confirm, and anything you keep simply stays. Reviewing is free and uncapped; the Free tier limits how many files you can act on.
Add reference photosElite
The Find a Person step, offered inside the Wizard for the case where the job is "pull out everyone who is in these photos". The face work runs on your computer and nothing is uploaded — see Find a Person for the whole screen.
BackFree
Every step is reversible until the run starts. Going back does not lose the scan, so trying three structures against the same folder costs nothing.
Free tier limitFree
When a scan is larger than the Free allowance the Wizard says so up front — Free tier handles 100 per batch — you can start now — rather than stopping at file 101 with an error. The plan you are looking at is the full one; only the carrying out is capped.
UndoFree
The last run is undoable from the summary, and every file it touched is listed in Activity with where it came from and where it went.
