Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with FolioSort Pro. If it doesn't meet your expectations, here's how refunds work.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No conditions, no questionnaire.

Activating your license key does not forfeit this. If FolioSort is not right for you, email us within 14 days and you get your money back — we deactivate the key and that is the end of it.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. EU Directive 2011/83/EU lets a seller cancel that right once the digital content has been delivered, and many sellers do. We do not: your 14 days stand whether or not the license key has been activated.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at feedback@foliosort.app with your order number. You do not need to give a reason.

Processing

All refunds are processed through our payment processor.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
